Full minute rounding with a lower per minute rate works best for people making fewer long distance calls per month but for longer times periods (i.e. 5 or 10 minute calls vs. many 1 or 2 minute calls). Assuming the maximum savings per call (i.e. x minutes and 18 seconds or less) the cost per call are the same at 4 and 5 minutes vs. the 6 second plan and the savings per call grow for each minuteafter 5. If most of your long distance calls are 5 minutes or longer then this is the long distance plan for you.	3.85¢/min 6 second rounding (18 second minimum) The High Frequency long distance plan is geared to save money for people that make many shorter calls. The benefit of 6 second billing (18 second minimum) will lower your cost per call for calls that are 3 minutes or less (4 and 5 minute calls are the same as our Standard plan assuming maximum savings of 18 seconds or less on the final minute). If you make many calls and the majority of them are 3 minutes or less then the High Frequency long distance plan will save you the most money.	3.85¢/min full minute rounding We have not forgotten that you will still be making long distance calls within the US!
